Students from the 1st clinical semester onwards are welcome in our clinic as Famuli. The students are integrated into the daily routine of the ward according to their level of knowledge.

Each intern is assigned a tutor (mentoring program). In addition to learning manual skills such as blood sampling and the placement of peripheral intravenous catheters (IVC), an insight into the neurosurgical operating room can be gained and the correct behavior in the operating room can be learned.

In addition, there are opportunities to learn microsurgical techniques and experience VR - based neurosurgical simulation procedures in our neurosurgical research and training labs.
